If you have booked on to one of our events and your circumstances change we ask you to

please get in touch as soon as possible so we can offer the best solution.

Please note our policies for bookings.

Your deposit secures your space and is non-refundable. 

Cancelled bookings with less than 8 weeks notice 50% of paid fees (minus deposit) will be refunded.

Cancelled bookings with less than than 4 weeks notice no refund will be available.

Final payment must be received no less than 4 weeks from event date.

BearSoul Wellbeing reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time and retain the deposit

if the balance is not received by the due date (4 weeks from retreat date)
